Shipping Policy

Carrier

We ship our orders via Israel Post Office. We offer the following shipping option; Express Mail Service (EMS).

EMS: This service guarantees delivery time of 4-7 business days to main destinations worldwide with internet tracking. Please consider that for some countries it takes until 21 business days depending of the Postal Service of your country.



Processing Time

Please allow additional 48 hours for your order to be processed from our store.



Tracking Your Order

Once we ship your order, a confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent automatically to your address.




Shipping Rates & Handling fees

Our shipping rates vary depending on your order weight and your location. Before checking out, a page with the estimated shipping rate and handling fees will appear, and you have the option to whether place your or not if you decide not to. Shipping fees are non-refundable.




Out of Stock Items

We frequently have all items in stock. In a case an item was out of stock, you will be notified by email within 48 hours of placing the order online, asking whether you would like proceed without the out of stock item or wait until the item is restocked. A notification will also be sent to inform you how long it takes to restock the item.

If you decide to wait, your process will be held until the item is restocked. If not, the in-stock items will be sent first. Please note that additional shipping charges will apply to the second part of your shipment in case you chose the second option.




Returning Parcels

If a customer provides us with an incorrect mailing address and the parcel gets back to our store, the customer shall be responsible for paying all the fees incurred in the whole process and the re-shipping fees, if the re-shipping was confirmed by the customer.




Custom Fees

Orders shipped from our store may be subject to import taxes, custom taxes and fees and the destination country. Any additional charges or any delays caused by the local customs office at the recipient’s country, is the recipient’s own responsibility. Such custom fees vary from one country to another and can’t be predicted by our store. For more information about custom fees and taxes please contact your local customs office.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

Refunds Policy

We cannot issue refunds. Only exchanges are acceptable.



Exchange and Returns Policy

Our customer’s satisfaction is our goal. In case you were not pleased with one or more of your products, just send us an email and we will be happy to exchange it for you.

Products must be returned in its original condition, unopened, and in its original packaging with all the tags attached to it and within 14 days of receiving the order.

To complete the exchange, the product must be shipped back to our address and please write “Returning Goods” on the returning package.
